For your convenience, we will call your insurance and verify your coverage before your first visit. For your first visit, please have your insurance card and a picture ID with you.

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, typically, you have a few insurance options available.
-Personal Injury Protection (PIP):
PIP is the part of most auto insurance policies that covers your medical bills in addition to loss wages and household care. You must verify with your insurance agent if you have PIP coverage in your policy. It is no-fault, meaning it doesn’t matter who is at fault for the collision. Using your PIP coverage will not affect your insurance rates and policy.
If you are unsure about PIP or other parts of your insurance coverage, please call us and we will either answer your questions or refer you to a specialist who can answer them.
-3rd party insurance:
If your auto policy does not have PIP in the coverage, Accident and Injury Care would prefer that you have legal representation for your claim. As a medical clinic, we are unable to represent you with the insurance company of the other driver. If you do not have representation, we can refer you to a few firms who specialize in auto claims. These firms also can provide you with a free consultation to evaluate your claim.
-Use your health insurance:
Accident and Injury Care can also bill your regular health insurance during your auto claim as well. However, your claim will still be subject to your deductible and any copays/co-insurances.

Work Related Injuries
